Twitter Follower Tracker
See how any X account’s follower count changed over time, not just what it is right now.
Free, no login. Reads only the public follower count. Never posts anything.
How the follower tracker works
- 1
Type a handle. Yours, a competitor’s or a creator you learn from. Any public account works.
- 2
We save today’s count. The follower count is saved once per account per day, and every check by anyone adds to the same history.
- 3
Come back to see the change. Each account gets its own page with the change since the last saved day and a chart of every saved count. Bookmark it.
Live counters tell you the number right now. What tells you if your posting works is the change over weeks, and X does not show that anywhere.
What this tracker does not do
- Follower lists. It saves the count only, so it cannot show who followed or unfollowed.
- A live counter. The count is saved once a day per account, which is what growth over time needs.
- Fill in the past. History starts the first day anyone checked the account, and days nobody checked stay empty instead of being estimated.
- Explain a drop. If growth stalls, the shadowban checker tells you if people can still find your posts.
Twitter follower tracker: common questions
- How do I track followers on Twitter?
- Type the handle above. We save the follower count for that day and show it next to every count saved before, so you can see how the account grew. Bookmark the result page and check it again whenever you want a new data point.
- How often is the follower count saved?
- Once a day at most, each time anyone checks the account. Some accounts ClimbX already follows for its own research are saved more often. Days nobody checked stay empty on the chart instead of being guessed.
- Can I see who unfollowed me?
- No. This tracker only saves the follower count, never the list of followers, so it cannot name who followed or unfollowed. The count is enough to see whether what you post is growing your account.
- Can I track someone else’s Twitter followers?
- Yes, any public account. The follower count is public on every X profile, so you can watch a competitor, a creator you learn from or your own account. Protected accounts show their count too.
- Is it free, and does it need my X login?
- It is free and needs no login. It only reads the public follower count, and it never posts, follows or changes anything on X.
