• NSFW_HIGH_RECALLAn automated check thinks the post may be adult content. Non-followers, minors, people with no age set and logged-out visitors won’t see it.

What does NSFW_TEXT mean on X?

The words in the post read as sexually explicit to X’s systems. Only followers who are verified adults see it. X’s own description: “Post detected by automated systems as likely to contain adult sexually explicit language.” Effect: “Post hidden from recommendations to non-followers, and hidden from underage users, users without a stated age, and logged out users.”

Look at the wording, including jokes and slang. If the post doesn’t need it, rephrase.
